Being truly seen, especially by your partner, matters deeply. I believe relationships are a core part of being human…and often the hardest part. My work is about helping you identify patterns, work through what’s stuck, and strengthen the relationship with yourself and your partner.
I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, to support deep, lasting change. Our work emphasizes emotional regulation, emotional safety, and nervous system health, grounded in polyvagal theory and somatic therapy.
Emotional safety is non-negotiable in my sessions. Healing has to include both the mind and the body—otherwise it doesn’t stick.
